This week we have to write about a type of noise, literal or metaphorical.
The other day
It drizzled noiselessly
Then pittered pattered a little
A gust of wind sudden
Clattered the window panes
The thunder didn't take long
To clamour a complaint
The rain in new found zeal
Poured.... they say like cats and dogs
I say it's music
The symphony of Mozart
Shared with Poets And Storytellers United
Oh, I love how, bit by bit – just the way it happens – you bring it all to life.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Rosemary.

ReplyDeleteMusic is universal. Thank you Marja
DeleteNicely expressed and, oh, how marvelous the tempo of rain as it reaches full zeal. :)
ReplyDeleteRain is like that. Thanks
DeleteMozart is everywhere and in everything :)
ReplyDeleteYes, that he is.
DeleteIt’s all about melody and rhythm..
ReplyDeleteYes, so it is
DeleteWhen it rains here lately, it does so with zeal and that is a nice way of describing it. But it can be quite climatic like a cymbal symphony.
ReplyDeleteAnything extreme can be disastrous.
